AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and TMT Automation Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “TMT”), concerning your access to and use of the www.tmtautomation.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

TMT Automation Inc. is registered with the US Trademark and Patent Office, and all the content and intellectual property owned by TMT Automation Inc. is protected by patent, trademark, and other laws. The purchasing of our products does not give you any ownership rights to any of our trademarks, patents, or name ownership to the TMT name.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site and its Content.

USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that the products on the Site are represented exactly as is. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
